Watercolor Trials

Watercolor can be challenging. However there is something beautiful about

the balance between nature and control of the artist.  So over the years, I've found myself
revisiting watercolor. As a result I thought I'd work on a little landscape of a church in 

one of my favorite spots in the mountains that I found at the end of fall. 

Creative Space

My space is slowly evolving. It's still in disarray, but I found a small 

spot to paint a small watercolor of a mockingbird today!

Morning's Quick Study

Revving up for more plein air work, I decided to do a quick study in 

watercolor of my bird, Scooby, on the back porch.
